Depending on location then a call out could be covered, a bit further out a remote assistance session could be covered or you could bring your computer to me, or send your computer off. You will get updates all along the way and this can be done via whatsapp if required.
We Use Genuine Parts to Fix your Device
Where possible if you have a part which has broken then a like for like is the aim unless you want to reduce the cost on the repair.
Reasonable Pricing
The pricing system in place is a very simple one, if your system is still broken then you will not be charged, the labour charge is aimed at keeping it low, the expensive part is the parts you choose, so if you supply the parts then the price is going to be manageable, lets face it prices at the moment are getting out of hand for most things.
